Free Hurricane Preparedness Seminar Set at Lowe's

The West Boca Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a free hurricane preparedness seminar to all businesses and residents of West Boca in conjunction with Lowes, 441 and Palmetto Park Road. This free event will take place at Lowes from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 17. Reservations are required and only the first 50 reservations can be accommodated, so please get your reservations in early, by RSPV to info@westbocachamber.com.

The West Boca Chamber of Commerce's monthly membership network will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Whale, 7619 N. State Road 7 (441), Parkland, just south of the West Boca line.

Nearly 100 people of the now 132 membership base are expected to show up to network and socialize while enjoying hors d'oevres and beverages, the Chamber said.

"We look forward to putting on a fabulous Networking event for our members." said Tom Kruse, Chamber Chairman.

The membership networks ( held on the fourth Thursday of the month ) are one of the events that allows attendees to maximize their investment, business potential and profitability by making connections with other members of the West Boca business community.
